As we approach the holiday season, there are so many families and loved ones needing support with this condition.
So during December to help raise our spirits I will publish on KZbin 'A Joke A Day Till Christmas Day and maybe the odd uninteresting fact as well.
My goal is to raise at least £150 for this important cause. Every penny donated will make a difference in the lives of those who need it most and support the amazing Dementia Nurses who look after the people and families with the condition.
