This is definitely an Elseworlds type storyline. I'd look into character study of this as Martin Scorsese who is a producer on this which in this trailer has the tone of Taxi Driver and The King of Comedy, which stars Robert DeNiro in both, plus a little twist of The Killing Joke graphic novel. DeNiro is the Comedy Show Host in this movie. I think they can use the idea for a Batman film because Joker is supposed to be 12-15 years older than Bruce Wayne who's the boy he tries to make a smile on . Zazie Beatz might turn into Harley Quinn if she utters a line in the Diner scene like, "That's funny Mr. J" and he responds like, "Mr. J?" and she replies back, "You know, J as in Joker..." It's Rated R supposedly so it's going to have some violence in it for sure.
