I remember that final cutscene haunting me as a kid. The soldiers desperately trying to hold the gate shut, the gate blasting open and scattering the men in slow motion, and Gandalf standing alone, surrounded by dead bodies, against whatever's about to come through, it all gave me chills.

LOTR Return of the King was such a fun game on Pc and i loved playing it . This is one of the best movie tie in video games ever made and i loved playing as Gandalf :) . The Minas Tirith levels gave me goosebumps and it was epic 🙂

for those unaware, those fireballs going back and forth are Trebuchets. The whole reason Aragorn fights in the pelennor fields is because the devs adapted an earlier version of the script to game form. If the game were movie accurate, aragorn would arrive by boat, but it's not so we got this. much better IMO

You could kill him and he would crash against the wall or tower, blocking the path with rocks so you had to scale down the wall with the rope and get back up to get to the other side.

Hello, I have an issue with this level. There is no indication by the ladders so I can't push them down. And so I can only loose the fucking game... 🙃 And I can't get any further in the game until I get past this level. What should I do? I've tried restarting it and stuff. Haven't tried to make a new save yet but I don't know what would work. Anyone had this happen?

You don't get an indication to kick down the ladders you just have to walk up to them and kick them yourself. I was playing on PC so for me I pressed ctrl to kick the ladders down. I think on PS its circle button and on Xbox B button.
