It looks like the Star Ace 1/6 skeleton army model kit, but the base on that is one solid piece with the two skeleton "busts" attached and the main skeleton seperate. Also, it hasn't been released yet, it's still up for pre-order! However, the kit is exactly the same as the full painted "statue" that was released a few years ago. I'm thinking maybe what you've painted is a recast of the statue, with slight mods to make it look like it isn't (eg: the position of some arms are slightly different), and the base moulded and cast as three seperate pieces.
