John Bishop is a PROPER old style comedian, one who tells us about everyday happenings, and makes it hilarious, I could listen or watch him all night, just his scouse accent is enough to start me laughing. Well Done John, and a big thank you from a really old man.

I remember seeing this when it was shown on TV and it was and still is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. This routine is simply brilliant.

So funny but so true the council tip can you provide identification and details of your residence then so many hi vis jacket’s around but won’t help. You’re expected to separate items and put in correct places no littering whilst everything is inspected and then pay for something that doesn’t conform like wood !!

When your mixed race and born under apartheid or the equivalent I think you have the right to be politically aware, which is what "woke" originally meant, to be aware of being brainwashed to hate yourself and learning to be proud instead.

Why watch him then? One of the greatest comedians of the last 20 years (statistically proven) and you think your opinion is needed, here's a bit of advice, stay away from things you don't like 😂

I don't need your advice on anything. I watched it to see if I could change my mind about my opinion of him. I know he's statistically popular. I don't need you to tell me that. So is Peter Kay and many other comedians that make me laugh. Whether they be Peter Kay, Frankie Boyle, Stewart Lee, Bill Bailey, Milton Jones, Jonathan Pie, Tim Vine, the late great Sean Lock, and many others, but John Bishop just doesn't resonate with me and I'm perfectly entitled to say that.

@@andrewhinds6560 Well said and well put. Good for you. I agree he is not funny. I think Stewart Lee is excellent. I also find Jo Brand and Kevin Bridges very funny.
