Those are really complex lyrics even for an Italian to follow, I can only imagine how it feels to hear this as a foreigner! This song uses an apple as a recurring allegory of humanity's evil, representing its fall from grace but also a code to decipher its destiny; there are a lot of references in the song, the first being obviously the prohibited fruit in the garden of Eden, but also contemporary history events like the Wall of Berlin or the 11th September. Really clever songwriting!

Eden won a prize for the best lyrics amd placed itself 10 our of 23, which is a good positioning for a rap song here in Italy cause those who usually vote for Sanremo are mostly old/middle aged people for what I know. Never met someone my age who vote for Sanremo, I don't evem vote despite following it yearly cause I love the show lol. The only time I voted was to make sure a specific singer I hated didn't come first at the final xD
