Absolutely gorgeous! What a transformation of the entire room just by painting your furniture. In the “after” shot I noticed that your nightstands have been painted as well but look to be different from the headboard. They look amazing as well and I was wondering if you could share what paint/colors/technique you used. As a side note, your photography is stunning as well. Very well done and professional looking. O.k. was just going to order Annie !! Lol. .. I have SOOOOOO much furniture to paint !!! & at some point doing my cabinets.... Alllllll my furniture is natural wood & I'm sick of the wood look !!! Thinking Antique white :) & it maybe expensive paint, BUT better than buying new furniture & cabinets :)

Isn’t it amazing how light paint on furniture makes a room bigger. Using rubbing alcohol bf painting helps de-gloss a little too.

Great job Christina. What do I use to clean my dirty chairs before I paint? I got them from a yard sale. I'm new at this and still am alittle lost. I have watched u do a few video's. Can I use water and vinagar or will it destroy dark wood? LOST!!! Please answer. 🇺🇸 Thank you.

Not only are you so nice to watch you have great information. I do have a question. I saw on another video that when you use wax over paint that it has to be redone down the line. I want to use chalk paint on my kitchen cabinets (I have an 1802 cape) but I am afraid waxing them will not be tough enough. Again thank you for your channel. Sue

Hi, great video! I ordered 3 different paint samples from Jolie home( Swedish grey, misty cove, and French grey, and finishing wax-clear) to try and pick the desired color for my kitchen cabinets. My question, is the finishing wax good enough to protect the kitchen cabinets? I’m a little worried from paint chipping if I don’t apply a spray lacquer such as Rust-Oleum Lacquer. Any advice?

Christina, I would love it if you would do a review of 'Farmhouse Paint' . I came across this brand when I was visiting my sister in Vancouver,WA at a cute little boutique, can' remember the name. I am also a huge fan of Annie Sloan paint. But the waxing is my least favorite part. Farmhouse Paint says you don't need a top coat or wax. Wax is built into the paint already. I purchased 2 colors that day: Creamy Linen (similar to Old White) and Gray Limoge (similar to French Linen). Beautiful colors and I kinda really liked it. But would love to have your opinion! no waxing? might be a game changer! lol . I hope that they could send you a few samples to review!
