Here in Asia, McDonald's I think is dominating the fast food industry. Except in the Philippines. McDonalds couldn't topple Jollibee since day one. They serve those western type of food like burgers, fries and chicken. But they kind of twist its ingredients to suit the Filipino taste.

Agreed! And as much as I like McDonalds for their fries and chicken nuggets, I'd go to Jollibee for everything else - the burgers, spaghetti, fried chicken, fillet and the like. Jollibee also serves more Filipino foods like palabok and halo-halo so it would do better in the Philippines than McDonalds would.

I didn't know which way to take that. I first thought he meant 'Our Grandkids' as in theirs, in which case the married life would be happy. But with the theme of all these ads, I also thought he might be referring to 'our Grandkids' as in his. Like when you talk to someone else about your house - you might say 'I love our house' even though the person you tell isn't living with you. Maybe we should ask Jollibee about it. Before I could really think too much about it, we moved onto "Date", though in hindsight I would agree with you that they did end up together.

I've seen many non-Filipinos here on youtube who love these Jolibee Valentines Day ad clips & many of them got sad or even cried on those videos but some of it got scratched their head especially on the Vow episode. And it proves that the Filipinos have a great creativity especially on this one. My favorite are Crush & Date episodes and nothing else, and damn! If this Jolibee Valentines Day ads should be a movie then it should be nominated at the Oscars next year (Ha!) Hey, Mr. Dan, nice reaction video that you'd made here & nice thing that you'd drank a liquor or something & doing a binge thing there while watching the Jolibee Valentines Day ads and make a reactions on it. BTW, did you cried while watching it or almost you did but you can't?
