They are not using sick people to advertise their products... tv ads here in philippines evolved from being a typical one to a more values oriented campaign commercials. Its not just the product but the attachment of its clients to the product. The sentiments and core values of a family through jollibee. Jollibee is not just a typical fastfood restaurant, their tv ads show beyond being just that. The value of jollibee to every Filipino family and the importance of family to Jollibee. Thats it

Im part of Jollibee existence from my 8 years old days to 15 years old days and now im 27 years old. and i'd still go to Jollibee with different experiences. i'm really attached to it in my whole life from my pain experiences to celebrating joy with loved ones and my family. I'd go to that fastfood when i'm sad, empty, depress, payday, dating, group together with friends or celebrating with co-workers, my birthday, blow out to someone, & etc. they definitely give great feeling every time when i'm there and with my loveones. i'm not paid by the company but it make sense to me in whole life. I reminisced my childhood days with family together. =)

For the record. These commercials we're not release on TV, internet just exploded when these were released Day 1. Jollibee was very pleased about the results. They attempted to re-create this year "the Valentine series part 2" but there were mixed emotions.

Just in case Yani was intentionally keeping the existence of "Filipino spaghetti" away from you, I apologize. I think I've heard stories of Italians getting emotional about it. But if you've heard of it and have made peace with its existence, Jolly Spaghetti is just a specific fast food version of that. McDonald's also has a McSpaghetti. I don't know how strong your pasta based beliefs are, but if boiling pasta in water that has oil and very little salt might stir up some emotions, it may be something of a roller coaster ride for you. Oh hey, that can be your next how to cook video.

Here's the titles of the commercial mini-series: Vow = Perfect Pairs Date = Parangal (Tribute) Crush (no part 2 yet), this is the only feel good one hehehe (not "depressing", as Fabio would like to call it) Try also reacting to the Breeze commercial "The Good Experiment", it shows the goodness and innocense of Filipino Children... you guys will love it. Another commercil I can recommend is the SM commercial on Father's Day good work guys...

Jollibee's commercial was telling a story a real life story. One of their customer shared their experience on Jollibee and Jollibee asked permission if they can make it into a short film to grace valentines heart messages. Their aim is to create love and promote it not only on pairs in good times as well in bad times situation. thanks!
