Recipe natin ngayon ay gravy gamit ang crispy fry dahil kompleto na ito sa mga sangkap sa paggawa ng gravy may sawsawan ka na ulam pa! Kung akala mo mahirap ang gumawa ng gravy naku simpleng simple lang ito.. try niyo guys!
Gravy using crispy fry ( gravy hack )
Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter
5 tbsp crispy fry with garlic flavor, breading mix
2 cups water
1 tsp soy sauce or 1/4 of beef broth cube ( optional )
Instructions
1. Heat the pan, add butter let it melt ( low heat )
2. Add crispy fry, stir until color turns into medium brown
3. Slowly add the water with constant stirring using whisk
4. Keep stirring, make sure there were no lumps remain
5. Adjust the heat to medium, let it boil
6. Once it boils simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened, stir occasionally to prevent lumps
7. Add soy sauce or beef broth cube if you want your gravy to look a little dark brown, optional
8. Thick consistency but still runny and it’s done! So easy…
9. Pour gravy into thermos if you have, to keep it warm
10. Serve when your chicken is ready! Enjoy!
If your gravy is too thick just add water or beef stock then whisk until it becomes thin..
