Jolly Bawa on Dhol, Bhangra Nation 7

This video has been around for a while, but since I have the original recording I figured I'd upload it in better quality.
This is from a dhol competition at Bhangra Nation 7, held in Toronto in 2003. Jolly came in 1st place and Raymon Bhullar came in 2nd place. Both were amazing performances, but Jolly simply showed an all-around mastery of the dhol that couldn't be beat.
Jolly was also dholi AND singer for Nachdi Jawani, who came in 2nd behind Surrey India Arts Club (see performance here: • bhangra - 7th nation b... ).
This version has a few words of wisdom before he begins, giving remembrance and thanks to his father and ustad, Harbans Lal Kaku.

@jay Singh. That is because that's the correct way to hold a dhol. The dagga should always be powered by the stronger hand.
