in my opinion i feel stan is one of the best written characters in all of south park, his development over the whole story was really something else, his phase of "asperges" which was clearly him going through depression from the loss of his friends and parents divorcing, then his entire arc during the covid specials was really something else

It's an imaginary scenario of the characters as young adults vaguely based on a few south park plot lines! In the show Stan slips into alcoholism in the episodes "You're Getting Old" and "Ass Burgers", in "Skank Hunt" Wendy breaks up with Stan (and gives him a note that says 'I can't fix you') & I based Kenny's outfit on Princess Kenny from the Black Friday trilogy! :D

It's a comedy show, the most horribly depraved, most offensive cartoon out there, but it has a lot of heart, and the creators aren't afraid to take things seriously sometimes, and make serious and meaningful social commentary right alongside the dark, offensive jokes, although if you decide to watch you will either laugh your ass off or want to kys because of the disgust lmao, it's worth a watch, just keep this in mind
