Sounds terrible. Look at the music on PGA, mellow, classy, not intrusive. 2020/21 theme was great and it’s been downhill from there. Last years and this year is a head scratcher for sure.

Last season's musical theme variation was fire! This one is OK. LOVED the "Jomez House" season intro though! Lots of silly fun and self-deprecating humour. Nice!

Yeah agreed. Music is off. It's too loud and takes over the high resonance. It's almost TOO much build up. It feels like something bad is going to happen before the breakdown. Keep it neutral and background, so we can hear the guys talking and it doesn't take away from the broadcast. Happy to have it back!

Dude, right? Jomez has done so many great things over the years, covered some incredible tournaments and was at one point my absolute favorite thing to watch on KZbin (in the BigSexy commentary days--when the graphics, music, commentary etc. was perfect), but the last few years they have been trying too hard each year to make changes to and be innovative with certain features and the commentary is nowhere near as good as it used to be. This music is terrible and gives a bad vibe for watching a disc golf tournament. 🫤 I miss the Jomez tournaments from like 5-7 years ago 😢😭

Huge fan of Jomez, thank you for the quality productions. A quick piece of constructive feedback-- the new music feels too fast paced and borderline stressful compared to the old music. When I typically watch Jomez tournaments, the slower music tends to be very relaxing. This faster music feels like it adds a bit of background stress when you're showing the beauty of each hole prior to the drives. Take it for what it's worth! Big fan-- thanks again!

McBeast nailed that first hole - if that dude dropped 30 pounds and got serious again I think he would still be a threat. I know he has struggled with injuries, and that makes it hard. Great to see him competing. Wysocki is ageless.

Looking forward to this year's coverage! Any timeline on making the swap to 4k 60fps video production? The tree and grass detail has always struggled with 1080p compression artifacting. Considering the growth of the sport over the last few years, I think it's time to make the investment! Always appreciate the annual musical theme rework, but in my opinion (for whatever it's worth) this year's tracks are a bit frantic.
