Funny to see the comments about how BW is talking so much. They're all talking that much. In this round and every round. You just aren't used to hearing the players mic'd for professional coverage. When we go play rounds with friends ourselves, everyone is talking after every drive, upshot, and putt and we don't even think about it. That said, Jomez you guys could probably pick and choose clips to leave in. I don't think we really need or want to hear a player so constantly. Especially if he's the only one mic'd. But I do love the new direction with getting player chatter. Probably just need to work out your best practices for this addition to the coverage.
@Remember-Death3 жыл бұрын
I agree 100%. The constant, muffled, ramblings from BW got annoying pretty quick and it didn't add much value to the video production. They need to "pick and choose" certain points of his dialogue to leave in/leave out. Hearing him constantly compliment the other players isn't necessary. But, on the other hand, I can appreciate that Jomez is always experimenting with new audio/video elements so they can remain the premiere Disc Golf Video channel.

I actually don't mind it that much. Kinda makes me feel like I'm back a tourney, with the little chattering and stuff after throws. Although I appreciate the relative silence, the talk puts you in the space.
