Hi, your videos are very informative and helpful. I wanted to ask you, if I wanted to rent condo in jomtein, what is the process of securing a good price, also making sure I get back my deposit. Do you go to an agency for condo rental or is there a better option? Thanks in advance.

If you don't break the contract, you will get your deposit. I never heard anything bad about deposit refunds. If you stay more than 6 months, you will try to come here in the low season for getting lower rates and have more condo options. Yearly contracts always get %15-20 less than normal monthly rates.
