Used to love sitting on Jomtien Beach watching the sun go down and seeing the different colours in the sky. Families sitting down having their meals and the boats returning from the islands. A magical time of day. Beautuful log as always Heath and the ladies at the restaurant so courteous and happy. Just like Hastings?

Yes, it`s too stressful living the dream 😂😂 Regarding all the new projects and high rise buildings, there are so many condos available in Pattaya and Jomtien right now. One may wonder what the government are doing, introducing their new taxation system. I do hope that won`t affect retirees too much, choosing Thailand as their place to retire. Hello, just found you on YT and enjoyed your video. I am coming to Jomtien at beginning of October, after 10 days in Chiang Mai, for initially 10 days then will see from there if I like it enough to extend my stay. I have been to Thailand many, many times before and have travelled extensively by car and m/bike. Do you know of anywhere in Jomtien that rents a PCX or similar so that I can explore more please? I am an experienced rider and have a full motorcycle licence. I will also be holding and international Driving Permit. Last year I spent 2 weeks in Pattaya and regretted it, I'm just too old for all that and sadly found it very stressful with the amount of people. I will drop you a coffee as thanks :)
