It’s really hard to find somewhere with a washer dryer, yea lol it’s 35deg on that balcony who needs a dryer lol, nearly £300k for a 2 bed condo with the balcony overlooking the car park, award winning designers , must of been a Friday afternoon when they planned that one lol, I’d rather build a beautiful house over on the dark side 🙏

Can build a house but do you ever own it? I’ll stick with a condo in my name and only my name. Laundry. I hang everything. Sometime humid AF here and I need to bring all the drying apparatus in from the balcony to dry everything inside. Pain in the A$$. When my washer goes I’m definitely buying a washer dryer condo

Very nice but the prices are very high. My son has for example bought an 80sq mtr well specced 2 bed apartment in a good area here in the Uk for £35k less than the cost of the 50sq mtr condo in this development. Yes it's not in an exotic location 10 mins from the beach but still it's a lot.

Finally finally! Someone started talking about elevator ratios! Four elevators for 300 units is more reasonable. I have seen better in boutique buildings. Folks - look for this ratio carefully.. there are a LOT of underserviced high rise condos in Pattaya filled with tiny units and very few elevators... Waiting 5-10 minutes every time you need an elevator gets old REAL fast... The absolute BARE minimum ratio is 80 to 1 80 suites to 1 elevator... Everywhere you go to look for a condo- ask about that ratio... 100 to 1? 125 to 1 ratios? ... don't walk away from the place... run... The 2 bdrm condo should have a dishwasher... put it in the breakfast bar...
@GreenyTravelsАй бұрын
Nothing worse than wasting time waiting for an elevator. Dishwasher would be nice too.
@roycerealestategroupАй бұрын
Yeah. Essentially you have just 300 units in building and 4 high speed elevators per building for a total of 8. Unheard of for a project with this low unit count. Compare this to similar projects in BKK and you are about 40% less in terms of cost / SQM.

For an expat, buying a condo usually doesn't make much financial sense. It's more of a WTF purchase. Buy a condo, put your stuff inside, and there you are. Property taxes are virtually nonexistent, HOA fees are very reasonable, and if the condo is managed properly, they complex will be meticulously maintained.

Loved the 2 bedroom, the high ceilings, open plan, pity it's so far away, December 27, so, almost 2028, I would probably look at buying otherwise, I'm all for having your own place, not into renting, when you lock up and go away travelling, you know you come back to home sweet home and its yours, so many people say don't do it but I disagree with that, I guess each to their own, prices are a bit high but its all quality and its expensive in most places in the world these days

Demand. Developers only build them as they sell. Thailand wide most 1 beds are 32 - 38sqm. You then have a smaller selection that are 40 - 50sqm usually. You then get into 2 beds. If there was no demand you wouldn’t have them.

Imo this is a ripoff. (Disclaimer: I love this channel and I don’t have anything against this content. However about the developers… setting such a inflated price is kind of cheeky)
