Yes, the road is half side closed, starting in front of Jomtien Beach Condominium to soi 11. I will show more details in the second update vlog of jomtien next week.

Yes, you can access the beach 👍 road work starts at pattaya sign to jomtien Soi 4 and second part starts in front of Jomtien Beach Condominium to Soi 11 and third part starts at Soi Bun Kanchana to Soi Welcome.

What bike would you recommend for a complete newbie for getting around Pattaya, I read Honda 125cc automatic are good for beginners? Tks

I recommend honda click 160 (110 kg), a few kilos more than honda 125, but have balanced breaks , abs (optional), keyless start, low fuel consumption ( 46.7 km with 1 lt gasoline) fast enough and can climb up with 2 people on the bike 15 HP. Budget friendly 70k Baht for the brand new.

Not even close. While it is slow/rainy season, once it goes full dark, Rom Pho Market area is hopping. And the beachfront too. Videos at dusk are often pre-game time.
