This song has gotten me through some of the hardest moments in my life. When I was laying on the floor, prostrate, grieving my father's early death of cancer, I played this song and sang it into the tear-stained carpet. His love is strong, strong enough to follow me through the atheism that followed my dad's death. Strong enough for my rage and rebellion. Strong enough to draw back in a child running so fast from His arms. I'm so thankful His love is strong.

My wife and I would be bundled up against the cold, kneeling on the cold tile floor of our concrete apartment in China. We would turn on this song and just sit silent with tears streaming down our cheeks. It touched us almost every single day of our last year on the mission field in 2011, this song along with Danyew's Beautiful King.

How I think is that the Grammys are for regular secular music, and also that it would be counter intuitive to receive rewards and trophies for doing the lords work, because it devalues said work and makes it seem more like to win something rather than to spread his love at least that’s my 2 cents
