Phil was my favorite Captain. I feel so bad for his kids. My favorite thing he said was "fart bubbles.".In season 8 Josh uses the Fart bubble technique on the Time Bandit and he won the bet! So cool! Phil was always was there for other crabbers, like when Jonathon pushed Keith Phil was there to stop the fight. Phil was a good guy...miss ya Phil!
