Tom is bigger and stronger than Pereira, faster, his dad is one of the first jjt black belts in the entire history of his country and he trained him in it since he was 5 years old, he has such good wrestling that he never failed a defense against takedowns and never missed a takedown. Pereira has better taiming and perhaps hitting power, but Tom is much better than him.

Nah now you’re just speculating. The fact is that Alex has done it all. In the world of kickboxing he’s the only man on the planet with 2 division belts in GLORY and then in the world of mma he’s among the elite few with 2 division belts there too. And he did that after his whole career in kickboxing in a matter of 2 years taking any fight that comes his way no matter if it’s short notice or he’s injured he’s been on a crazy tear beating champions and former champions doing it all in the shortest timespan possible. Tom doesnt have a name or a legacy of Alex. It's not a super fight. He's not ducking tom. It's just Tom isnt an equivalent draw. I think Jon does have to fight Tom just to shut up the haters. Then it gives Alex more time to develop his legacy so if he fights him it will be more dramatic. But despite Jon's faults, he is a savage. If he fights Tom because he gets the money he wants, Jon will starch Tom easily. Jon already moved liked a middleweight at LHW, and he has showcased that equivalent movement at HW.
