This is not at all a diss on Jon Keith, but I was reminded why I stopped going to hip-hop concerts watching this. The artists just have much more inflection and soul in the studio or small sessions. On live concerts they’re just shouting the whole time and don’t finish most of their bars. Same deal with Reach Records and every other hip-hop concert I’ve been to. Again, not a diss against Jon because his Holy Smoke sessions are great. And I think he’s one of the best artists / producers we have rn. Have his albums on repeat most of the year. Just this large venue concert format doesn’t do or so many other rappers justice.

@@EpicBub for sure. My issue is that the format limits the opportunity for them to showcase their range of talent, but that is awesome! KB had split from Reach by the time I saw a concert by Reach artists.
