A Caucasian lady from Texas I play golf with occasionally here in Japan was on the first tee with a huge group of Japanese men standing around waiting to start the tournament. She drew first and gave it a solid whack. Mid-flight, she screams.... "NOT IN THE MOTHER FUCKING BUNKER YOU STUPID COCK SUCKER!!!" Those guys had no idea what to say even after she turned around, smiled and gave a cute curtsey. I love her to death and that was the nicest start to a golf tournament I've seen so far.

@jack brandt Imagine being so inept that you don't have the ability to get notifications from an app on a smart phone. Though, for someone who seems to have such an incredibly busy life you sure responded much more quickly this time. It's incredible how ornery and upset you got over one little comment when all you had to do was point out who the announcer was and why you felt his opinion was valid. I don't agree with what he said. I also think Jon Rahm is a primadonna who can't take any advice and lashes out at his caddy for trying to help him. As to your use of grawlix; they're commonly used in comic books and cartoons which are generally consumed by the young. They'll probably not know what that string of symbols is called (as I did not) but they know exactly what they mean. I was pointing more to your inability to write out your frustrations out of some inane sense of righteousness. I'll leave you to your bubble of incredible golf talent, keyboard hardened warrior mentality, and toxic golfer/caddy relationships. Remember there's more to life than just all those incredibly important emails that prevented you from responding for a week the first time but allowed you to respond within a day the second time. I hope you better prioritize your responses to things that actually matter. Have a nice, overly self righteous, life

Player caddy relationships are about compromise and respect, plain and simple. You're just part of the generation that insists on having something to virtue signal over. Ultimately the player has to live with it. I think Rahm listened, but had his mind made up. That said, like everyone of us at our job, we make a decision that we probably regret and knew it probably wasn't the best choice. I do think theres a silver lining here. In the future Jon will remember this, and give his "man" more consideration. These caddies are at least as impacted as the player. Financially and as far as status. I do enjoy the confidence shown by the caddy. His facial expressions look similar to the ones my wife makes when I make "interesting" decisions. God Bless everyone

Every production needs different characters, that’s how you draw a wider audience. In golf you need the villains (Reed, Rahm, etc) the like-ables (Speith, tiger, phil, etc), the young guns, the matured veterans in the pga, the euro players, and so on. They are obviously seeing a spike in ratings/viewers by airing Rahm more frequently and have choose to keep airing more of him for a reason.

@@rickheras5871Golf is not only about hitting fairways, but hitting greens in regulation no matter how - of course from the fairway it's easier. Best example in my mind is maybe the greatest 72-hole stretch in history, US Open 2000, "without the equipment from today" Koepka may be known for his long game, yet he won his - so far 4 - majors with his short game, especially on Sunday.
