Oh btw, great review!!! She has some permatease but she settles very fast. Even my hand tied had pretty thick hair, not too much, but she settled and is perfect now. I actually was able to just train her w/my hand after one day of wear. No ratty ends bc she barely touches my shoulders but has such great movement and is just a very good every day workin it wig!! Depends on which January ya get too. A couple of mine in darker colors seemed to have more hair/permatease but the really light ones didn’t. I know, I know wigs are as different as fingerprints! Lol

I think January is such a great style for all ages. I'm mid 70's, own several of them and love how she looks and fits. I get many compliments when wearing her. If you are feeling that perhaps she's possibly too youthful in style for you, I think once you try her you will be glad you did. Love how you give us that close up, outdoor look at colors. Nice to be able to get a good feel for color w/o having to replay that portion. Great review. You're lookin' gooooood in January-sleet.💖

Hi Denise! My goodness the color Sleet is beautiful and it looks beautiful on you! I now keep my little Denise/Wig notebook by my side when I watch your videos. 😂 You always have so much to share. I now keep notes so I don’t miss anything. Thank you for always sharing your expertise. I went to a wig shop, and they were wonderful, and I got a really cute wig. However, after spending $$$ I have a wig and was lost on all the how to’s. I can’t believe how listening to your videos have taught me so much and you are such a great encourager. Love the way you showcase January, and especially the unique shade Sleet. I own January Petite in Shaded Praline and in Palm Springs Blonde (my favorite). A true classic. Do you have a favorite red shade that looks good with your eyes and complexion?

I was one click away from buying a sleet colored wig. Thank you for your review. I sample many wigs colors in greys, the sleet looks grey in wig listing, it shows it more as a grey. I'm 60. I'm trying to stay true to what my hair color would be. Again thank you.

Now you can see why I've owned so many Januarys! It's really the perfect length and wave pattern. Some have more density than others. I know because I've thinned a couple of mine on the sides so they lay better, but I've worn them with no alterations as well. She's one of the best Jon Renau has ever made, I think.~Cynthia

I have Male pattern baldness, but its balding everywhere now. I am trying wigs, they are so hot I hate it. Any thoughts? I have sweet talk by gabor. A dianne carrol and one I am going to give to goodwill from especially yours..a part of Paula young. I would have liked gabor gratitude but it had defects. And hope looked nice in pictures not in person. I feel discouraged. Please suggest something!...thanks.

Yes, that can be a real challenge!! I would recommend going with one that has very little permatease and is above the neck... too much permatease (which Sweet Talk has A LOT of) will act like insulation and make the wig feel much hotter.
