The bartender trying to explain to the owner that he's got a terrible customer that's scaring off other customers and the owner degrading and belittling her so hard? I'm SO glad he came out and she felt comfortable breaking down and crying to Jon about how horrible it all was cause honestly she needed it and knew that Jon was there to make all this NOT be so awful (and great Jon came out when he did, cause the reappearance of the owner seconds later made it seem like he was about to pick another fight with her!). It's one of the most infuriating moments of disrespect I've seen on the show and I'm glad she then got to watch Jon yell at him for the EXACT same thing, watching him get all ashamed and scolded without having to risk her job. Listen to your staff, a-hole!

@@mharris5047 Down here in Miami Beack we use 100 proof Vodka and Red Bull Bold Plus+ which has much more caffiene than standard Red Bull. 4 oz Smirnoff 100 mixed with RB+ gives your customers wings then they want to kick your azz, after about 3 of them. :))

I can only imagine the amount of times that something like that had happened. In a professional setting, when an issue involving the safety of YOUR STAFF presents itself, always ALWAYS protect your staff! I am in Hospitality myself and the amount of times situations involving Sexual Harassment occur is deplorable. But each and every time, my managers ALWAYS defend me and other staff members. An employee should never have to beg their superior for basic human decency.
