@@monotonous1763 I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard the saying, “making money hand over fist”, if not, it basically means to make a lot of money quickly. John invited Bill to an event and Bill says, “Beck and I are with the folks (the every day people of America) that night” as if he’s genuinely there to be with the people. By saying, “you’re making charity hand over fist” John is implying that Bill is not there for charity or to be with the people but there to make money by selling tickets, books, etc. John also does the hand gesture of counting money. Pretty clever in my opinion.

O'Reilly loves to claim that he grew up "working class" because he lived in Levittown, NY and his dad made $35,000.00 a year in the Sixties. My dad is from North Philadelphia, born in 1949, and then my grandparents moved to Levittown, NJ(now Willingboro) in 1960. My grandparents didn't complete high school and didn't get their high school diplomas until the late 1950s. Pop-pop worked for the Department of the Army and my Mom-mom worked in the corporate headquarters of Acme Markets and their combined income was less than $10K a year in the Sixties. O'Reilly was a snotty, rich kid who lived in Levittown, NY. O'Reilly is the dictionary definition of elitist.
