I just find the dissonance in her chords fascinating. And that all begins with the brain. It amazes me that she hears those half-steps, augmented 4ths, minor 6ths, minor 2nds, whatever they are, before putting fingers to keys or fretboards. Just crazy good. Crazy talented. I have to try to reproduce... just have to find the bass lines first and build from there. :-}
