This is a description of the actual real Jewish wedding traditions and procedures. The wedding of Jesus and the church is a reflection of the traditional Jewish wedding. The Jewish wedding is just like our wedding with Jesus. You only left out that the groom's father decides when the room for his bride is complete and ready for her to occupy. The father is the only one that knows when he will say, "son, go and get your bride." The groom doesn't know the date it will be, only the father knows. From the comments by many they think this is just a beautiful description of the marriage of Jesus and the church. I strongly belief that the Lord did this so that especially His apple of His eye , the jewish people, would understand this mystery of Christ and the Church.Right now here and today we are the hands and feets of Christ to do His work / 1.Corinthians 12:12-31and we should concentrate on that.

During my childhood, I was raised by a Strong Faith’d Grandparents so I definitely enjoyed fellowship with other believers of Jesus the Christ... this is where I was taught the knowledge of Salvation, age of accountability, biblical truths such as Israel and the chosen people...I was also taught about the Return of the Messiah....for awhile I would have Spiritual Revelations.?My Pastor would often times speak tome about my dreams, questions on FAITH, etc. so this went on for quite awhile.
