I remember meeting him in 2001 me and my friend in our hometown they were doing an event and coach was nice enough to take a picture and I told him hurry up and take the picture. Rest Ben's so he's not here anymore that's besides the point but then Coachman laughed and said yeah hurry up ben you're taking too long. No matter what he was still a good dude and honestly honestly he was told to do what he had to do to make money but obviously the way they did him. Is dirty but that's how it is people make excuses when they think they own the world very sad. Hopefully they paid him though cuz if not that would be dirty but I believe they probably didn't pay him but then again who knows I wasn't there but the fact that he's talking about it he probably didn't get paid very sad to be loyal and just get scammed like that

I once worked at a place for about 7 years. I knew everyone, and everyone knew me. I wasn’t the boss, but was part of leadership. Had almost everyone to my house for annual parties. I was well liked/respected. I had a serious health scare, and had to take time off to address it. When I returned 4 weeks later, the attitude towards me, was that I now owed everyone for covering me. Like I was off traveling the world or something. When my disease flared up again 3 months later, they asked me to resign. I was so offended I signed the paper in anger and left. NOT ONE person reached out to me to see if I was okay, or if I was even alive, until about 3 years later via an email. It was several paragraphs of some things that needed my signature, followed by a last line about “hoping I was doing better”. I told them to FK OFF, and take me to court if they want my signature on anything. Your coworkers are not your friends or your family, no matter what they say. Good people are rare. Seek them out.

When returned back to the work you would’ve thought I slept with my bosses and coworkers wife’s 😂😂.. they changed my schedule , demoted me outta my position stuck me on weekends when I was longest tenured employee, made me work every holiday and was scheduling me on my day off . I don’t play with people tryna play with me so I got up outta there and got laid on my way out learned a valuable lesson around that time . Thanks for sharing your story 🫡

I got bullied after they moved me to the worst possible department when I returned after my health scare. The manager told me my health issue wasn't permanent despite it being entirely undiagnosed at the time. Guess what? It's permanent. I reported the harassment from 2 people to my general manager. I broke down crying and said if I hadn't tried to take my own life as a teenager, I know for a fact I would've tried now as a result of the abuse. I luckily managed to cling onto the job, and eventually had it out with both of those people. One of them instantly showed how sorry they are, and for the last 3 years we've been friends. The other cunt just took all of my fury and didn't even so much as try to justify it. Her own grandson (he also worked with us at the time) told her it was her fault, he was shocked to hear I even shouted at somebody because I just treat everyone with respect because I didn't want to lose my job.

Idk, I'm willing to give the benefit of doubt to Vince in this case. I think the problem lies on some other executives and not Vince himself. Coach didn't say he contacted Vince directly, so I think Vince didn't even knew this happening. Bouncing check is just not sounds like Vince. I can't recall any other stories from people who hates Vince ever said about their check bounced or they are not getting paid (unlike ECW). Vince MO is getting a contract that will cost him as little as he can, but he will pay whatever amount agreed upon.

My mom worked for a nursing home for 30 years. A model employee went multiple years with perfect attendance, did the job of 3 people, skipped lunches and breaks to get work done, truly cared about the residents, and had ood relationships with her coworkers. She switched to a less physical job that paid better cause she physically couldn't do it anymore. They didn't even throw her a going away party. She had organized countless going away parties for others. They didn't do anything for her and nobody even stopped by to wish her luck or say goodbye. She never got any appreciation for what she did there. Hearing her cry while saying all of this broke my heart and taught me an important lesson: your employer doesn't give a crap about you, you're there to work and that's it.

Won front row seats to a local house show when I was little, he got into an argument with me during the show. I am sorry Jonathan Coachman went through that. He did A LOT for WWE during his time there. The sad truth is many employers don't care for their employees. They can make you seem as though you're valuable, amazing, etc. only to give you the pink slip at any time. That's why no job is worth risking health, family, etc. I was shocked when learning medical faculty were fired from a public university where I work, because I thought they had tenure and did research that always got funded from external organizations. One did cancer-related research, which I always thought was essential. They got fired, and that also told me despite seniority, education, and experience...you can lose your job at any time. Don't be afraid to ask for a raise after doing so much for a company and see if they will show you their gratitude.

It really was telling observing how the WWE responded to the pandemic compared to all the other pro wrestling companies. WWE has endless resources and was the least impacted by the loss of live events revenue considering the companies revenues are around 80% from their media and licensing deals. Yet they were the company that furloughed and cut people loose from the jump and continuing throughout while reporting record profits. Meanwhile every other company that were hit way harder by the pandemic not only kept people on but some even hired people that were being let go. Everybody gets the line of publicly traded and such but it was shitty to see that at the time where a company that has those resources really needed to step up for their people but instead was the one of its industry that was cutting everybody loose while a company like an ROH who weren’t even operating continued to honor their talents contracts. It’s one thing if you actually need to cut the costs but it’s another when you’re a WWE. But then again it’s not like them being ruthless was some revelation either.

I worked for a company for three years. Brought in 10 years of prior experience. Showed up every day on time, had to fight to get any breaks, was one of the highest performers because I could close a call in half the time. If I ever heard customer complaints I would do my best to adjust my work. The problem they had was that I did not plug the companies website all the time. I did not say all the required catch phrases to meet their rubric. My issue was that I only made 10$ an hour and had to work 6 weeks to barely make rent every month. If you can’t pay me a living wage, threatening to fire me does not work.
