This is some great wisdom. "Spontaneity is the reward of preparation." I love it! I also love it when worship leaders are sensitive to what God is doing in the room and in the congregation, and they don't cruise past it into the next song in their set list. (Also, when other pastors and leaders are sensitive to what is happening in the worship and don't move on to the next part of the service just when things are hitting their stride.)
