Jonathan Majors dropped by Disney and Marvel after guilty verdict

Actor Jonathan Majors has been dropped by Disney and Marvel after he was found guilty of two counts of assault and harassment involving then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. He was cleared of two other charges. Sentencing is slated for February. NBC’s Chloe Melas reports for TODAY.

@@MaxFlow591cuts and bruises that an eye witness says he didn’t cause. Video that shows her fine and unharmed in the club hours later while drinking. She can chase him for 2-3 blocks after being assaulted, then go clubbing but she’s suddenly incapacitated by morning? FOH 😂

No, it isn't the morality of Disney but simply what they believe will make them money. If his role in the MCU was better and it was doing well because of him they would keep him but since even though he is one of the current good roles in disney but the MCU is currently failing, he is an easy cut for overall profits.

@@James-gr5mx not talking about the one incident with the phone (which he also manhandled her but neither here or there). A lot of you are glossing over the entirety of the trial and everything that was revealed on his end. They’re both at fault, but to discredit the jury off of what they saw and heard themselves is pretty sad and only enables this type of behavior
