Oso forgot his sunscreen in Toronto before his trip down to Paramaribo... He definitely has "aged" in some ways after this year with Toronto FC. But he also looks like he's matured by leaps and bounds as team "leader" with Jesse Marsch. What I love about Oso is that he "cares." He cares so much about this game and how to play the game and grow this game in Toronto and other parts of Canada... Oso could teach younger players what 'loyalty' is and how it works... This guy has seen it all as professional soccer player in Canada since the days of the now defunct CSL and the old guard battles against teams like Toronto Croatia and Serbian White Eagles. Great interview!

Yes, it would actually be a compliment to OneSoccer. The Canadian teams need a lot more exposure. All of these games should be on cable TV & Soccer Canada's CEO, Kevin Blue, said as much in a recent interview.

Bell is shedding their media properties and laying off people including KJ a few years ago. So, no buying when linear tv viewing and ad dollars are in a secular decline. Instead, it is about the managing the decline and milking the cash flow.
