There can be no peace without justice. The rule of law must take it's cause. The constitution is clear on any elected members of the house that defected from the party under which he/she was elected automatically lost her/his seat. At that moment of their defection, Rivers State has only four legitimate members and can take on the on the legislative job. The state can't be stagnant.
