Hey! Fellow pen buddy! Haha Japanese guitars are by far my favorite too. Just got the chance to play one at NAMM and I'm enthralled with the 2024 green one... Sad it's limited edition, it's amazing. I have to save up for one soon. It's too good not to have as a Grail guitar. It's quite versatile with a vintage sparkle that is hard to replicate. And I'm saving up for a nakaya dorsal V2 or a namiki emperor...still not sure which one I should jump on ahahah cheers!

@@JonIsJustTooLoud Just out of curiosity. Do you think you could humour me with a short rant about your absolute favourite brands or models preferably from Japan? Either just as a comment or a video? I've lived in Japan for a year, going to all the different stores every week. Every time I sit down with a guitar I get increasingly confused because they all just have a unique feel or maybe none of them. So I am curious about your opinions. For me the best guitars I played so far, was a random 1993-1994 Fender Japan Stratocaster. I tried several american vintage, but only one spoke to me, but it was really good. And then I feel for just one single American Pro II. They all have different profiles, different radius, different pickups, so I am really clueless about what I like xD... Anyway, there was my rant.
