Seamless appliances. Adorable breakfast nook/section. A little tv/pool/balcony/bistro with a view. Numerous Wetbars. 🙌🏼🍹🍾🥂🍷🥃🍸🍺. Spacious guest bedrooms and en-suites. Theater. I am surprised you did not talk about the iconic building or its world famous architect. Love the layout and the views, don't care much for the decor or the lack of privacy. Personally I would prefer the lower penthouse at the Jade Signature but it sold.

Really well-done video tour. The only thing I think you might want to mention is if the building has amenities that are included when living there. I know that some high-scale buildings like that one include stuff like a gym or pool that tenants have access to.

The plan is to buy several rentals if silver will take a good run up as the economy resets perhaps next year. Hopefully that happens sooner than later. The real estate mkt here in Texas is still decent although inventory is increasing. What about finding assumables?

Ive seen shower glass that can turn "no see thru" with just a flick of a switch: is this tech available for custom building glass too? I guess in this building, the glass is "hurricane proof", so you cant combine those techs? In any case, id either get some privacy film installed on some windows, or get some electric curtains. Hmm: does "one way film or any other tech exist for windows"?

As I watched I rearranged the furniture layout and my idea work much more significantly then what is currently in place. That which is closer to the kitchen gets glassed in and become my large office... if standing in the kitchen in front of the oven the office would the be on the left..... now I would have my office living room and where the pool-table currently sits my large desk will go. Pool table would be moved to where we started ... and from there dining would be next and if standing in front of oven in kitchen where the frosted glass is would become my living room right off the kitchen because I feel as if the TV would be perfect to place right in-front of the frosted glass... also at the first part , where the video started, a large bar with setting and TV behind the bar would make for a better entertainment location to me... that way the office is far from the noise if said people are over and they are near the front of the home...NICE

What is it missing? Privacy! The joke of a privacy screen in the primary bath is even hung so high it leaves you open to the neighbors. The view is amazing,where it's not of your neighbors.
