Then everyone would complain about the map size. Monaco is only 0.78 square miles. To put that into perspective, gta 5's map is about 30 square miles, gta 4's is about 6 square miles. Also, there would have to be some kind of invisible wall since it's tiny and surrounded by France from all sides except from the south. And there's no airport so no planes.

Easy. Get a billion dollars and make connections, because that 1.5 million dollar 300sqft condo (which is basically all they can sell) wont even be available. There are LOOOOOOONG lists of people who want to live in Monaco simply to avoid the taxes, not to actually live there. They play there, buy a small shithole apartment for 2 million and live on their yachts and "vacation homes" elsewhere.

I'd like to point out, all the people that say you have to be rich to live in monaco are wrong. Monaco sells itself to be glamorous and rich (like in this video) to attract a certain type of client (rich, of course). Please understand that there are NORMAL people in Monaco just like you living there and its surroundings. If you are lucky enough to get a residence there, yes you don't pay taxes, but you don't earn magically more than anyone else. The rich people in monaco are the starngers coming IN monaco. The Monegasques are average-class, just they have a lot fo advantages living there, like having really cheap big flats. The place itself has a lot of prestige places and is 'known' for that, so of course that's the image everybody will get. But no, if you go to the beach a sandwich is 4euros and a can of coke is 1.50 euro just like where you live. When you start working the minimum wage is 1000 euros just like in France . So please stop thinking there is just stupid-ass ignorant rich people ^^

Sure, buddy. If you were going to live in Monaco you would not have a KZbin account typing "Im going to live in Monaco" - you would be out right now working 100 hours a week to be a billionaire in 30 years to be able to afford a single apartment in Monaco. Do you even know how impossible it is to live there? EVEN if you have the money? It's extremely small with almost ZERO new space for anything. My wife and I live in a 1,600 sq ft 3 bedroom condo overlooking the bay area peninsula waters for 1.4 million - a 300sq ft STUDIO in Monaco is 1.7 MILLION dollars, with zero view. And even if you were rich enough to get it, you won't find any for sale and its a shithole small apartment. The entire point of "living" in Monaco is to avoid taxes, these billionaires buy these small places and make it their official home but spend 99% of the year on their yachts or in their "vacation homes" which is where they truly stay. No one wants to actually live in Monaco, they want to play and relax there - living there is only for the tax break on their 300 million dollar yachts.

No sane man would work 100 hrs a week, to buy $1.5million and live in a 4sqft apartment. All the money is stolen money in Monaco. You see the Saudi prince has 200 million worth of yacht in Monaco parked doing nothing. Saudi Arabians citizens, many many of them live under poverty line in Saudi.That's just an example.
