Every fall when walking form the parking lot to my office I have a bunch of leaves on my carpet in my office once I get in there. The walk from the tree outside to my office is about 100 yards away along multiple carpeted surfaces and me stomping my feet off once I get in the door of the building. 100% always end up with leaves in my office no matter how hard I try not to have them on my shoes. There is no way there was not a single leaf or anything on the carpet and they had to crouch down and drag themselves into that window!

It snowed that night. This is a fact. There was a light/dusting/ frost on the walkways that morning as reported by Sgt Reichenbach. That is a fact.The temperature was in the single digits. That is a fact. The snow didn’t melt until later that day when it reached 50 +degrees. The Ramsey’s couldn’t risk leaving footprints/ or risk being seen. They couldn’t wait until later that day to remove her body, because they were leaving on a flight early that morning. They could’ve moved her body later if Ardnt hadn’t told JR to search the house. Why did JR go directly to the basement and more importantly the wine cellar. When he was asked by Darnay Hoffman in his wolf case deposition, why he didn’t check the wine cellar when searching the house that morning, JR responded by saying that he knew that that room had no points of entry so he skipped it. Why then did that all of a sudden become the second most important room to check. Especially when detective Arndt told him to search top to bottom. Why did the killer/s lock the top latch to the wine cellar when placing JonBenets body in there. They were leaving who cares if someone finds her. There was no intruder! Come on, this is an easy one. No doubter!

There are so many parallels to Jon Benet and Maddie Mccann case. Both moms when they called police immediately told the dispatcher their child was "kidnapped.". They already set the narrative, how would they know their child is kidnapped? Wouldn't you say my child is "missing." Maddies parent had a meeting with their friends before calling 911 and Jon benet parents invited neighbors over, why was this not a crime scene immediately? Both were suspected of possibly having been molested. The parents in both cases IMHO in interviews were always curious. Everyone grieves and deals with their child missing differently, but the behavior from interviews of the parents seem odd and curious in comparison to parents who kids were really truly missing and or kidnapped. I could go on. The main difference in the cases is in Jon Benets case the body was found, but the parents responses are very similar.

Yes, and have you seen the video of Maddie's father going on about her in "tidy whities" in a video he made, made me sick to my stomach, the sound of his voice, made my skin crawl, I did not find it it "innocent" at all. I have never had a doubt that one or both parents were involved in a cover up, and this seals it for me. Never forget the police woman who locked eyes with the father and saw evil, I believe her. The pineapple that JonBenet still had her in her stomach, Patsy was still wearing the same clothes for the day before and the random letter was from her notepad, and the letters that matches her hand writing. The fact that they hired a lawyer and left Denver. The fact that John just happened t find the Jonbenet. The evidence goes on and on that points to them. I remember my son was missing one day and I tore the house appart looking for him, there was not room, closet, laundry basket, that was not checked, i found him alseep behind the couch, no way in hell do I believe they just did not look in that room, i find that completely absurd. HINT: It was Burke the son. HE was the only one with motive, but it was an accident. He was playing or rough housing with her, and got too rough with her. the parents had gone to bed. she ate some of his pineapple that had been on the table, left uneaten by him. he had been mean her before, he hit her on the head with a golf club prior, he also put poop in her bed, and poop on her candy on other occasions. he was jealous of all the attention that was heaped on her with the mothers insistence on the pageants etc. She took up all of mamas attention, time, focus and energy, in his eyes, and he was right. The parents were horrified, she devised a plan to cover this up, so she wouldnt lose her other only child, and so the family wouldnt look bad if the truth came out of how badly she ignored one child while adoringly constantly displaying the other child! she wrote the ransom note (clearly very amateurishly, quoting the exact amount of Johns bonus money, $118,000, now WHAT kidnapper/murder would KNOW that eh!!!) then after all her invited friends etc had tromped through the house, contaminating the crime scene, supposedly searching for her missing child, she placed the note on the stairwell, then claimed she found THE ransom note, she said. interesting she didnt say, i found A ransom note. she successfully befuddled the police doing this. at the funeral, look at Burkes face and demeanor, he was smiling and skipping OUT of the funeral service, while the parents put on bereaved faces, hmmm... thats odd....then later Patsy the mom dies of ovarian ccr. The father then remarries, but since the incident and his 2nd marriage, now has little/nothing to do with the son! THATS very telling!!! In a Dr Phil interview, Burke as an adult, when asked hard questions about this, puts on a bland face with a glazed smile, a display that body language experts later state, depicts evasive tactics. He doesnt want to talk about it, doesnt want to think about it, doesnt want to get accidentally convicted about it by saying something wrong, and is semi shocked and dismayed his father now ignores him, just like his mom did when he was a child. very very sad for Burke indeed.

I believe the intruder theory. But the intruder entered the house during the day , while the Ramsey’s were gone to that Christmas party and remained hidden in the basement. I doubt it was patsy as a child's scream is very different sounding than a grown woman's. I think anyone blindfolded would know the difference. And the neighbour did not report a 'female scream', they reported a 'child's' scream. In addition, the head injury did happen first as there WAS a hematoma noted and it bled for an hour plus before her death.
@user-qh8nh7oe6dКүн бұрын
@KY-jb4vd The head injury was a closed wound meaning there was no external bleeding. It happened very shortly after the garotting. Poor little girl was still conscious during the garotting as she struggled against the cord, evidence proved this.

@@user-qh8nh7oe6d it happened BEFORE the strangulation and so could have been the reason for the strangulation. Otherwise the hemaotoma (internal, yes but that makes no difference), would not have bled out to such a large size in her brain. Her heart pumped it there.

I think it was Burke. He would have been a very spoilt little brat who was very jealous of the attention lavished on his little sister. Never under estimate how irrationally jealous a child can get of another. He wanted to hurt the little girl a bit, but in his immature, clumsy childish nature, accidently lost it or got carried away. The girl died. And the parents covered it up. That to me seems to be the most rational explanation.

One thing that really makes no sense if the ransomnote was written by an intruder, is that the intruder must have known a 100 percent that the Ramseys would call the police, since she was killed several hours before the parents had the chance to read the ransomnote or to call the police. The so called intruder did not kill JohnBenet caused by Patsy calling 911. But If the note was written beforehand JohnBenet was killed, maybe by accident, the ransomenote would only buy the intruder some time to get away from the crime scene. The intruder must have been in the Ramseys home writing the letter when they were not at home and the intruder must have gone through doors and not a window, since there are no evidence of someone going through a window. But there was no sign of an intruder, and I beleive the one writing the ransomenote already knew JohnBenet was dead and that someone was probably Patsy. The ransomenote was a staging and it did buy the family some time to contaminate the crime scene, calling their friends over and all. One thing is for sure, if there was an intruder, it must have been someone knowing the family very very well, having keys, and feeling at home in the house. JohnBenet must also have known the intruder well, to go from her bedroom and down to the cellar. And what about Burk?! He was wide awake the evening (maybe night?) this all happened. How could that intruder have taken JohnBenet without Burk hearing and seeing anything?! JohnBenet had obviously not slept in her own bed the night she was killed either.. Patsy wearing the same clothes as the day before. There are so many things that point to the family being involved here.

watched a show about this case years ago and they pretty much figured it was her brother. The snack of pineapple was his but a little bit of that was in her stomach. Then the parents started all the staging because they didn't want to lose another child.

They figured she nicked a piece from his bowl and he got mad, grabbed the very heavy flashlight that was on the table and hit her on the head.>>>And you believe that, do you? That scenario doesn't explain the sexual interference found in her autopsy, nor how she was strangled simultaneously to the blow on the head.
@MommawGraceКүн бұрын
@TCRS Disagree. According to JonBenet’s autopsy report, she had redness (vaginitis). Later attributed to her bedwetting. There was no chronic sexual abuse signs. The few spots of blood was caused by the broken paintbrush penetrated in her vagina. No semen present. JonBenet did have intracranial bleeding with both subarachnoid & subdural hematomas. Don’t remember if there was documentation of the size of these hematomas. Since it takes awhile to strangle someone to death ( 6-8 minutes?), her blood is still pumping enough to cause the intracranial bleeds.
@MommawGraceКүн бұрын
@TCRS Just rechecked JonBenet’s autopsy report. Oddly there is no documentation of the size of the intracranial hemorrhages. It does say that the subarachnoid bleed was “extensive”. Also found an interview with JonBenet’s pediatrician (Francesco Buef ?). He denies that there was ever any sign of chronic sexual abuse.

Why would money have been mentioned when the person responsible knew she had been murdered.
@joshlife6395Күн бұрын
Yes, that is an excellent point. Why would the "kidnappers" still try to receive ransom money, when they had left the person's body, that they need to pretend they still have alive in order to receive that ransom money, in the house knowing her body would be found within a short period of time- making paying a ransom impossible to happen. In fact, if they had written the letter, accidentally killed her, decided to abort the mission- they wouldn't then leave the letter as it would serve as additional evidence that could lead to them being found out. Alternatively, if they had written the note, accidentally killed her- if they planned on still leaving the note, they would have taken her body and feigned her still being alive to still receive the money. However, as it has supposedly happened, they left a note demanding money and then left the only thing that gives them a chance of receiving that money- JBR's body. Very simple thing to note, but great point to bring up.

FBI profiler, John Douglas, looked into the Ramsey case very carefully. He believed, strongly, that she was killed by someone outside the family. Douglas is a legendary profiler. The Boulder police mangled this case so badly. They should have searched the house right away. Not asked the father do to it. Douglas said he had never seen a case so badly mangled. People just don't like the Ramsey's, and want to lay the blame on them. The FBI never believed the Ramsey's were at fault. As for the " evidence " outside regarding snow or no snow, the Boulder police mangled that also. Let that child and her family have some peace. The killer is still at large 🤔

About the scream heard between midnight and 2 am, it may have been Patsy screaming uncontrollably after she discovered her daughter already gone. The Ramseys wrote on their daughter's tomb stone date of death as December 25th, not 26th which it would have been if the death occured anytime after midnight. Why write the date Dec. 25 on the tomb stone unless they know she died before midnight. So the scream couldn't have been Jonbenet's, but rather the only other female in that house, Patsy's. After that scream the cover up and letter writing began. That's what I think could have happened regarding the scream.

She told a story that John Ramsey was molesting his daughter Jon-Benet, that started when he used to bathe her in the tub. There is evidence of sexual molestation over a long period, bolstering this theory. The little girl didn't like it and knew it was wrong, and threatened to tell an authority at school. She had to be stopped. Her brother Burke got involved, and it was he who murdered his sister, for whatever grudge he had on her. This theory, as described by this psychic, makes the most sense to me.
