Now that I’ve listened to Solar Power a few times, it’s crazy to see how different it is from Melodrama. I still think Melodrama is superior in every aspect, but Solar Power has some great songs. Lorde is amazing.

Great, great album from Lorde, who is one of my faves in the genre. If you highlighted her songwriting ability, and rightfully so, I look forward to seeing you reacting to Taylor Swift in that sense. 1989, Reputation or Lover would be excellent starting points.
