The album was good but its definitely a grower ya know? It's like that song you hear in the background on the radio while you do something else but the melody or something about it gets stuck in your head. There are certain track that hit and stay with you but otherwise it's an album of growers.
@iscodisco15 жыл бұрын

@losthope3695 жыл бұрын

@tagu6615 жыл бұрын
@Tre West Hard disagree on that one, there are some poppy Hit Song bait on here like Staring At The Sun but it's definitely showing his growth and him being more experimental. At least in comparison to his first mixtape and first album which were both a genric trap/pop rap album with a somewhat lowkey country/rock influence. He grew more on the 2nd record which had more rock/country Influence with Stay and Over Now and now this record that has tracks like Circles and Take What You Want. He's definitely growing as an artist but I feel like the studio no matter which one he ends up at will always push him for more radio hits, especially given how every single track on his last album charted.

New sub, just chiming in, Stoney was a pretty good debut. Beerbongs & Bentleys was PHENOMENAL. I'd say HB falls in between. I see the growth, especially lyrically, and I love his experimentation.
