To touch on the passing and opening the foot. In order to get that foot to open more naturally, we must look at how our bodies are designed. A much more comfortable position, to get that foot to open up properly, is to angle the hips at 45 degrees. It is a much more sustainable position, which will lead to more consistent passing and striking of the ball.

Sir, doing drills and understanding why there doing the drill and when to use it, is the key. So if asking. Do some drills then put scenerios together to use those drills specific. Will help game time transition. From practice skills into game time skills... Just a thought. Why, when, how and what to use in a situation. More skills more options. Hope this helps, coach
