I do like the face pencils. Like you, I have 2 shades. Quick and easy! After seeing many reviews on the WTF foundation and the Miracle Balm, they were an easy pass for me. I find the eye pencils and eye shadows to be very nice and long lasting. I have the bronzer in tan and really love it. As usual you’ve created a beautiful look. ❤️👏❤️

All I can say is wow! You look amazing with these products, that mascara! Anyway, years ago, 25, to be exact, I had a makeover from a national artist with Bobbie Brown makeup. I went in there thinking, I probably won’t like it, cos I don’t like the minimalist look. I did not tell them that. After he was through, he gave me the mirror, and I’m like omg, is that me! I bought every single product (there was no sales pressure at all) because it looked that good! I was stunned. She has a way to make a natural look all out glamorous. Don’t know how she does it. I even rebought everything again when I was finished. All of those shades, or most were discontinued, and I moved on to CT, and ND. I will take a look again at her products. Looks like some stunning ones came out. I was in the cosmetics and fragrance business for over 20 years. So, this is a compliment to her brand! I even met BB in NYC. 😁

Yes!!! Janice, you are so correct. The BB philosophy was always that we wear make up to accentuate our beauty. We don’t wear it to look like a clown. It’s not even that it’s dress-up day. It’s just a feel confident and beautiful. And she took a different approach with this newest brand but it really does work. There’s a definite trajectory here and the brand just follows it so beautifully. It’s not heavy make up. It’s just so pretty.

I have had very good luck with it lasted quite a while. It actually gets a little less like moisturizer in a little more like skin as the time goes on. But it definitely does not crease. It is far too moisturizing. To me, the key is to use very little

So far my favorites are the powder bronzer (I have dusty rose and light tan) that I plan on using for the summer, and I like the powder eye shadows. I like Sienna (although I have 4 in total) and plan to order a few more. You did use a few of the JAS shadows that I would like to get, too.

I was so excited to see a full face of Jones Road in my feed, and you've done an awesome job! Most people making videos about this brand didn't apply things correctly, they were attempting to use it exactly the same as they would use products from other brands and it didn't work. Also, this makeup looks REALLY nice on you. The very sheer coverage is extremely flattering and the sheen to your skin is very fresh looking and just A+! You definitely don't need as much coverage as a lot of products you review on your channel. Also the "dark pits of despair" seemed to be properly tamed by the face pencil, which was cool to see. I have been meaning to try this brand because I love Bobbi Brown, but I ended up with the Chantecaille Future Skin instead of the WTF. I will probably pick this up when fall starts, because it is so moisturizing. (if I can wait that long!) Just wish they had it in physical stores so I could more easily see the shades of the face pencils.

What a kind compliment, Heather! I am so flattered. Thank you so much. It took me a long time to really understand what was happening at Jones Road. I think BB really had an accurate vision and she’s accomplishing it. And I think you really have to clear your head of any other sort of makeup in order to be able to figure them out. But it’s so creative fresh and unique. Really a fun brand. I bet the next step for them is going to be stores. I think they’ve done some pop ups and some shops but I would love to see them actually in some stores and I bet that’s the next expansion.

I just think it looks weird and on myself I have to wash it off if it is too visible sitting on the skin. Deb! The just a sec is toned down sparkle. So yes it’s actually very sparkly but the glitter is so finally milled that it doesn’t feel childlike. But it is all sparkle. I have no idea if that made sense!

The thing about this foundation is you must use, in my opinion, very little of it. Trying to make it into a full coverage foundation will be too much moisture. Dotted on like a dreamy tinted moisturizer is the way to go, I feel :)

Erborian is an incredible brand with cult cc and bb creams ....the fabulous Nadine Baggott here in the UK raves about it x I use the bb and my teenage daughter the super bb for her oily acne prone skin ( 15yrs) ...love to hear ypur thoughts on it xxx

Clare! Her version of the lipstick is pretty darn amazing. But I would say the most iconic product from the brand is the miracle balm. It’s just such a different product and can be used in so many ways. The face pencils are pretty amazing for a no make up look but they have to go over a moisturized face so that they glide.

I still haven’t tried Jones Road. I’ve been a Bobbi Brown lover since my early twenties. I used a lot of her products from the brushes to tinted moisturizer, concealer/corrector, lippies, shimmer brick, face base, etc and I still use many of her items. I know I’ve mentioned this before but my disdain of change puts up a block for me with Jones Road. I associate Bobbi Brown with her original line. It’s as though I want Jones Road to be like Bobbi Brown. True to Bobbi Brown’s style and aesthetic, her Jones Road brand oozes refinement, sensibility, and ease. I would say the both of these comments, Tracy and Tracie (!!) are accurate here. For a long time I didn’t know what to make of the brand. I started with the miracle balm and didn’t understand that I had to break the seal. Plus, I wanted it or thought it should be the same as her eponymous brand. And when it wasn’t, I didn’t quite understand the direction. Now it all seems so clear and BB obviously had an amazing vision but I didn’t get it at first either. And yet, was fascinated.

Ohmygerd! I own Bobbi Brown's first book on makeup, and it didn't age well. Shimmery makeup? Maybe for Halloween! Blue eyes? Try brown eyeshadow! Brown eyes will really pop with a brown eyeshadow! Hazel or green eyes? Nothing will make you look more alluring than brown eyeshadow! It's funny, and people evolve, but It was tough times sitting through her launch video for the Jones Road brand release, where people obviously working for her we're sort of mentally nudging her going "but.. you forgot the most important thing. It's clean!!!" Please don't insult your customer! The notion of "clean" is at the least straight up dumb and further up the scale hostilel to human towards human rights. I'd love to prove my point, but "no time for sushi, this is life on the fast lane!" ❤❤❤
