Two things I like about Em... One, he works with up and coming talent. Two, he never sounds out of date. The beats, the cadence, the presentation, always current. And because of that, hes had HISTORIC longevity and relevance in game. And three, he makes these new rappers reach for greatness when featured on a song together. Rap essentially reset after Eminem debuted. The game had to start from scratch, cause no one could out-talent Em.
