So Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke is like the game said one of the best assassins in the DC universe. He does have powers. Think Captain America with enhanced healing and his brain can process things almost 100% faster than the average human being. Slade is one of the FEW people that is a match for Batman. Slade was also the main enemy of the New Teen Titans who was lead by Dick Grayson who you know as Nightwing aka Robin #1. Slade's made many live action TV and movie appearances. He was on DC's Smallville CW Arrowverse, Titans, the Justice League Snyder Cut played by actor Joe Manganiello. In the comics Slade's kids Joseph Wilson became the Anti Hero Jericho who can possess people, and his daughter Rose aka Ravenger they both became members of the Teen Titans

1:34:57 Normally the explosive gel on the wall tactic would've knocked them out completely. But you used it on a weak wooden wall that's meant for "punch-through" takedowns, hence the "fist" symbol on it. But you had the right idea though. Just gotta make sure it's the right kind of wall. Also, remember "snap to cover takedowns" are very useful too as they are silent and give you extra leverage to take out thugs who are right around the corner from you. overall you did a great job in that stealth section though!🙌

Deathstroke was literally fun but infuriating since you got time your counters well, you did extremely good against him, it took me a decent amount of tries to beat him since he can be unpredictable but doable. Great video Jonesy

Yeah Deathstroke is a very different fight than what you expect. The way he fights counters and uses gadgets its like fighting another Batman.

You get to see what that part of Gotham looked like before it was turned into Arkham City. This game uses gameplay mechanics from Asylum & City just so you know. The Deathstroke fight is one of the best & the hardest in the Arkhamverse. I had trouble beating him too 1st time I fought him. In your next video, I'd recommend you disable the GCR Towers in Park Row & the Industrial District so you'll have more batwing drops available for you early.

I've played through this several times. It's actually my favorite of the Arkham games. Mostly because of the story, and some of the battles. The Deathstroke fight is definitely one of them. Like many have said, it's probably the best boss fight in the series. In one of my playthroughs, I was in a very zen space in my head, and without even trying actually beat Deathstroke without getting hit. I was surprised when I got the Achievement.

While I haven't played this game, I do enjoy the premise of the boss fight with Deathstroke; a martial arts duel of equal talent that depends on perfect timing is an interesting idea; he's like Mr Freeze in Arkham City in his chastising remarks of repetition, encouraging you to mix up attacks to catch him of guard. Plus, Deathstroke's a pretty cool villain in Batman's rogue's gallery...just a shame he's defeated so early on; he's a worthier adversary then that joke called Electrocutioner who got K.O'd in one hit.

Hi Jonesy. Yeah, I can feel your frustrations. I too have the disc for the Xbox 360 version of Batman Origins and for me, I didn't run into any crashes or bugs. Because I played it on my Xbox 360 when I got the game back in 2016. And it ran well for me. Idk why it is doing stuff like this to you. But hopefully you will overcome this. And also, fun fact. No spoiler but when you beat the story for the first time and then the second time on New Game Plus, you unlock a new mode called "I am the Night." Which is a mode where it is the ultra very hard difficulty for the game where you have to beat the story mode on one attempt. And you have one life to do it and if you are defeated. You fail and game over and you have to restart the whole thing from the very beginning 😂. Be glad you aren't playing in that mode Jonesy because imagine if you have to restart the whole game again if you got beat by thugs or bosses on one attempt. 🙂

Unfortunately this game is notoriously buggy. Even after 11 years, it's still pretty poorly optimized. But enough of that downer talk. Watching you do the crime scene investigation makes me hopeful you'll get around to L.A. Noire at some point. I know you've considered it in the past. Actually, any sort of murder mystery or crime investigation game would be fun to watch. Cheers as always Jonesy.
