Finally found this arrangement! I did this with my college big band. Michael Abene came as a guest conductor. I remember he sent us like 3 hours worth of music. We thought we'd ended up doing maybe half at most, but he called every time at the show haha

This band's sound is wonderful, but I would never have got "Big Yellow Taxi" !!! Little Red Bus perhaps? WAIT, the trumpets at the end did a hat tip to the tune for about five seconds.
