You are right. You get as dirty as the tractor was to begin with while cleaning it. I love the sped up parts, just keep on waffling and laughing during those bits. It adds a bit of harmless comedy. Love from Norway.

Thanks graham!! 😃 Some people would say I’m a bit over the top (and I possibly am lol) but I really do have a lot of pride in the machines I operate, and I’m also well aware of how much they cost and i just couldn’t bring my self to abuse them or not look after them, especially when I’m not the one paying for them too! It will be a sad day when it goes, but hopefully it will make a fantastic 2nd hand tractor to whoever buys it. It really has been faultless while I’ve had it :) Take care of yourself graham! After I wash my machines I use the meguires ceramic spray wax, spray on while wet then power wash to coat the entire machine! It’s very hydrophobic and leaves a wet look shine! Hope you’re well Johnny 👍🏻

I was lucky as a kid. My dad has a hay baling service for a long time then he got out and started working for a construction company. So I got to operate tractors and various excavators and dozers and stuff from the age of five. I had a Massey Ferguson pedal tractor and dad had a MF tractor. There was a tractor pull once here local and I saw they had pedal tractor pulls with the same pedal tractor I had. I ended up pulling way past a full pull and buried the tires on the tractor beating all the older kids and stuff. They had like a 20 foot log chain tied to the pedal tractor as the “sled”. They even put me in the newspaper so I was on top of the world.

What a lovely story, I really enjoyed reading that!! 😃 How brilliant was that for the organisers of the tractor pull to put on a pedal tractor version!! I used to have a ford pedal tractor with a loader on, absolutely loved it! In fact I loved it that much I actually wore the wheels out on it! I’d loved to have had a go at that! Sounds like you were on yours a lot as well, to be able to absolutely smash the tractor pull!! u need to tfr wash then maybe invest in snowfoam and then bucket wash and then stand back and watch the 240 shine like it did when it was brand new

Your exactly right Ashley! I do need some snowfoam, I’ve been meaning to get some for absolutely ages! I normally give it a good going over with the TFR then use a good quality wash and wax in the bucket. The when it’s dry go over it with some techwax. Shame at this time of year though, it only last for a couple of hours until it’s covered again lol 🙈

jolly god vid mate :D. I had the fortune this summer and autumn to operate a brand New Holland T7 270 very nice tractor, but I rather have a cvx240 mutch nicer interior and I do think ist a bit nimbler but with the same bosted HP figure.
