You are forgetting the Trapezoidal logo that NET used before the stylized N. They sued NBC over that. Also, Nebraska Educational Telecommunications has rebranded in recent years as Nebraska Public Media.

You're not going far back enough. NBC bought Nebraska ETV's old double trapezoid logo offa them. Look it up.

Yeah NBC did do that indeed. Rather interesting. This is quite an old video, and this video was uploaded way before I discovered Logopedia (which has the older logos) and also before Nebraska ETV was rebranded in 2021. I may or may not do an updated version in the future.
