Thailand wins! Gam sings the song with confidence , She sings with emotions and you could hear when she changes from soft tone to strong defiant note with attitude. Her singing is very dynamic hear different levels of notes she can reach and she enunciate very clearly. I have to say gam is even better than original singer, Naomi Scott.

Just my opinion: I think Gam sings a lot more powerful than the others. It shows confident and power that princess Jasmin should have. I literally can feel the dominant meaning of "I won't go speechless". @@lisaaiqablink234 Sorry for my sharing opinion, Singing is not all about reaching high pitch but the sound quality which shows in many aspects as resonance,control,agility,roundness, sustainability and supported breath. Shila is good in her high pitch as you mentioned, But Gam is highly capable in her integrated singing technique. Gam can go higher than that but sometimes it is so annoying.So she just use high note as final strike as needed.Not too exaggerate and that shows the best meaning to the content of song. Shila and Gam seem to be on the same match for singing.But have different stylistic choices.

In term of originality and techniques, my vote goes to Shila Amzah of Malaysia. If you sing a cover song, you need to change the song a little bit to make it different from the original. By that, you should know how to play with the tone and your own voice. And that's makes me choose Shila Amzah is the best amongst them all.
