U know man I have a theory regarding these releases not coming in extended sizes. I think it all comes down to being a cost cutting/saving measure on JB's part. Many of the women's exclusive pairs that don't release in extended sizes tend to be of MUCH nicer material grades than your standard Men's Jordan brand products. Thinking back to releases such as the Off Noir 3s, Starfish 1s, Sail 4s, and many other releases that appeared to feature higher grade materials than what we normally get. Perhaps they don't get extended size runs because it will equate to higher materials/production costs. By making some releases WMNS exclusives, Nike can have a ready made scapegoat for why they don't need to invest the extra resources in making sizes that would go beyond a men's 11/WMNS 12.5. If most of the inventory stock reports sneaker KZbinrs provide are factual, then most men's releases see the bulk of product falling between men's sizes 9-12, with 12s tapering off. Releases in WMNS sizes would still enable this portion of the men's demo to be met without having to commit to making larger more costly szs like a men's release would probably require. I think Nike realizes this as well as when these WMNS exclusive, non extended sizes release it's generally the larger szs that they sell through (WMNS 9-12.5) which are traditionally more in line with your more common male foot size, while the sizes more typical among women 8.5 and under, sit. Lastly if inclusion is part of Nike's aim they'd probably have a harder time of moving those larger szs to men because they have the "WMNS" tag on them. There are some men who are under a sz 12 who still won't rock with a model because it is listed as a "woman's" shoe. I mean very few of these WMNS exclusive releases have had design features which were more closely aligned with women's releases Nike and Jordan had previously made. The colorways and mold go for more of a unisex approach than anything else. I know this is a long rant, my bad lol. It does paint a logical picture though as to why nike/JB would make certain shoes which could clearly be marketed as unisex, women's exclusives instead. S/o to the VERY talented women from JB's design team who are leading these products to the finish line. I just wish they'd make a larger sizes for yall too lol

I would prefer a 12.5, but I am going to try to go for a 12 in hopes that the mold is the same as my other previous jordan 1's. After the taxi 1's my Jordan 1's have been iffy when it comes to sizing.

Heres an idea i made to fuse the ub and osidian same design…..but make the ankle and swoosh black like the ub1 for contrast and add to the fusion of the two models. For contrast make the sail parts white to make it look crisp and fresh out of the box! And make the wings logo university blue! And the tounge tag is the same but a unc blue nike air stitch! Slight tweaks to this model wouldve made this way better than what they gave us! Also black laces are the 2nd lace pair to come with the default unc colored laces! Over a specific design reason thats explained below in this comment And this would make the real one (6/10) into a (8-8.7 out of 10) also make the low sole black 4 unc parts(toe guard eyelet and logo and tag stitch wordmark) 4 obsidian (lower and upper back and tag color and navy interior pad) 4 white parts (side, midsole and tounge and toe) 4 black (laces, ankle, and swoosh and bottom sole) You see, clothes and sneakers like art flows together in many instances when a work of art has an even amount of contrast. Thats what i had in mind designing this idea. The issue with some jordan releases lately is they dont have the correct amount of contrast when needed or implemented in the wrong areas of the shoe.
