I used my Status reward online but and i didn't go in store this year but the last time they tried to tell me i couldn't use a reward I wnt Karen and called it in. It's against policy to deny you using your reward,a reward is not a discount promo since it is earned through spending and you use points to purchase, that store manager had to humble himself.
