Jordan Belfort is a prime example of a man capitalizing on every situation in any way he can. Much can be learned from his mentality despite his shortcomings. I am fascinated by people who are always thinking about the next move. If you take the time to listen you can learn from their approach. I realize that people like the Wolf on Wall Street are very disagreeable & will not take no for an answer. Great interview!

Well, he’s making money now and is essentially flaunting his wealth all over social media… he has victims to pay back that he stole from! He ruined many families! He is still doing shady business deals today, and has taken some of his businesses out of the United States in order to hide his true income! Overall, this man did a lot of damage, and he’s still doing scummy stuff today! Maybe it will catch up to him someday, and karma will take care of Mr. Belfort! 😉🤔

I mean he laughs about that guy here! 🤣 I know Jordan sees the world differently. He's not like a thug gangster having people killed or anything. Jordan's story reminds me a lot of Lawrence Taylor, the linebacker for the NY Giants during the 80s. Both lived insane lifestyles when they were younger that caught up to them eventually, and they nearly lost and destroyed everything they had.

Thanks to Mr. Tommy Chong we got the Great movie Wolf of Wall Street. Such a good movie and nobody else better than Leo could have made this movie more intriguing also Hats off to Mr. Scorsese for his amazing work like always 👌🏼

To be fair, even in the 80s, what kind of absolute dumbass gives a random broker over the phone access to thousands of their hard earned savings? What kind of absolute dumbass invests more than they can afford without doing a lick of research? Sometimes you gotta get burned to know that fire is actually hot

54:00 yawn. I would have been ten years old when Stratton Oakmont was busted and I’m in my late 30’s now. The movie came out ten years ago. If I was in my 50’s like Jordan and people were still giving me sh** about bad decisions I made in my 20’s - it’s a period of life where we do the riskiest, impulsive things. Remember, there was a point when he was sat in a jail cell having lost everything. Kudos to any man who can bounce back from that. Awesome communication skills and emotional intelligence. I take those cringe moments such as Vlad mentioning his little Warren Buffett book and his investments as something that just crops up on this channel now and then. Like starting the Michael Franceze interview by asking about his biological father vs Sonny which, Michael being another top level communicator navigated perfectly. Seeing how those cringe moments go down is partly why I watch tbh😁

Such a fascinating guy. I wonder how much his character in the movie is akin to his character at the time. He doesn’t seem like the guy that would be nearly as loud and aggressive as Leo’s portrayal… then again, a man in sobriety vs. one cycling through 22 drugs are very different men.
@vin87542 жыл бұрын
I have a feeling that Leos portrayal is very accurate to him at the time the movie shows belfort us, even if some things are exaggerated.
